We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If a product does not meet your expectations or does not fit, you have the right to return or exchange it in accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

Return Period

You may return a product within 14 days from the date you receive the shipment, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• With the original tags attached
• In the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or has not been returned in its original condition.

Product Exchange

If you would like a different size or another model, we will be happy to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

If the desired product is no longer available, you may choose another product or request a refund of the amount paid.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping Cost

If a product is returned because the customer has decided to withdraw from the purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the wrong product was delivered or the product has a manufacturing defect, Maicho covers the return shipping cost and will either send the customer a replacement product or issue a refund of the amount paid.
